If you want to go somewhere but you aren't sure where you want to go try StumbleUpon. When you click on Stumble it will take you to a random website. You can choose topics that interest you and it will limit the stumble to sites relating to those topics.
If you like browsing the web but you're sick of Internet Explorer there are several other browsers available that aren't so resource intensive and that you may prefer. The include Firefox by Mozilla, Chrome by Google, Lunascape and many others. I've been using Lunascape a lot lately because it supports the three major browser engines and you can load a differnet engine on each tab. So if you have a website that requires the Internet explorer engine (Trident) you don't need to open a new browser you can just open a new tab.
Sometimes you need to just sit back, relax and play a game. come2play.com has several good multiplayer games, including Chess, Checkers, Backgammon and other good board games. Addictinggames.com is fairly self explanatory. It is a site filled with mindless games that will keep you trapped for hours at a time. WARNING - if you ever want to accomplish anything ever again do not play Bubble Spinner. Fly Or Die is another good multiplayer site. When I'm here I'm usually curling. It is harder than it looks.
